A women’s handbag made from a lightweight magenta spinnaker sail. The interior, made of white Dacron sailcloth, ensures greater stiffness.

100% RECYCLED SAILS

All the sails we use to create our handbags come from reclaimed materials. We buy and receive them from sailors all over Europe. We sort, clean, and select the best pieces to craft our bags. We preserve the original stitching, yacht numbers, inscriptions, and sail colors, making each bag one of a kind.

For the handle finish, we use the highest-quality natural leather sourced from leftovers from mass production. The handle itself is braided from polyester or polyamide sailing rope, resistant to UV, moisture, and stretching.

Each bag comes with an internal pouch, fastened with a stainless steel shackle or a repurposed brass snap hook.

HANDCRAFTED IN EUROPE

We create our sail handbags in our small workshop in Poznań, Poland. We use only European-made accessories, such as ropes and threads.

This bag is perfect for everyday use, work, shopping, vacations, or as a beach bag.

Daily Use

The Seashopper bag is perfect for the beach, the city, and traveling – its lightweight construction allows for easy folding and transport.
It can carry a lot, with a standard maximum of 5 kg. Just remember that it's made from recycled material, and constant excessive weight may negatively affect the material's structure and seams. Not to mention your shoulder.
Be careful with sharp and rough objects; avoid prolonged rubbing against other surfaces, which could cause abrasions or other mechanical damage.
The bags are made of water-resistant but not completely waterproof materials – excessive soaking may affect their permeability.
The inner pouch can help organize small items but does not provide a secure closure to prevent losing things.
Contact with open flames and extreme temperatures is not recommended – the sails may melt or get damaged.
Products should be used according to their intended purpose.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean light dirt with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
We recommend hand washing with laundry detergents or soap.
Avoid machine washing – it can affect the material's structure, the durability of the seams, and negatively impact the structure and color of the natural leather.
Do not dry clean.
Do not iron.
In case of contact with seawater – rinse with clean water and dry in a well-ventilated area. Sails love the wind.

Storage

It is recommended to store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, to avoid color fading.

Safety of Use

Keep out of reach of small children. Contains small parts that could be swallowed.
Contains sharp elements (zippers, fittings). Use with care.
Flammable product. Keep away from sources of fire.
Avoid contact with oils, fats, and chemicals.
